1 Introduction

Welcome to Niki Inn. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your stay at our property. By booking a room or using our services, you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

2 Bookings & Reservations

All bookings made through our website, phone, or third-party platforms are subject to availability and confirmation. A valid government-issued ID is required at the time of check-in for all guests.

• Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment, where applicable.
• Room rates displayed are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
• Group bookings and long-stay requests may be subject to separate terms communicated at the time of booking.

3 Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email or through the booking platform used). Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Cancellations made within the free-cancellation window are eligible for a full refund.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged for the first night's stay.
• Refund timelines may vary depending on the original payment method or booking channel.

4 Check-in & Check-out

Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

5 Payments

We accept payments via major debit/credit cards, UPI, and net banking. Full payment is due at check-in unless otherwise agreed in writing. All rates are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6 Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas.
• Outside visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after standard visiting hours without prior approval.
• The hotel reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to vacate the premises in case of misconduct.

7 Liability

Niki Inn is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. Guests are advised to use in-room safes or the front desk locker facility, where available, for valuables.

8 Privacy

Any personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and communication purposes and is not shared with third parties except as required to process your booking or comply with the law.

9 Changes to Terms

Niki Inn reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
